Shipping and Returns


At Just4Play we want you to be completely happy. Always.

However, if for some reason there is something you have purchased which you find unsatisfactory or your just not getting along with then you can simply return it for a full refund or a replacement item -

You have the full right to cancel any order, without giving a reason, within 7 days of purchase. If your order has already been sent by the time you cancel we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.

You may return any item to us for a full refund (or replacement) within 30 days as long as the product is unopened, unworn or unused.

You can even return items to us within 365 days for an exchange, replacement or credit voucher.

Please note: All returned products must be unopened, unworn/unused and returned with all accessories, batteries or free gifts.

Upon receipt of your order please ensure you check all goods immediately and inform J4P if any items are faulty. Please make sure you have received the correct item and that it is working as soon as possible once delivery has been made.

Remember, always turn on (or charge first where required) vibrating or battery powered items to check their pre-programmed modes before intimate use. If you fail to notify us of a fault or problem with your order we will assume you have accepted the goods and that they are in full working condition.

Unless the returned items are defective, you will be required to send them back to us at your own expense and we will only issue a full refund if the items (including packaging and accessories) have not been significantly damaged.

For hygiene reasons J4P under no circumstances accepts returns of adult toys, bondage gear, creams, gels, pills, lubricants, massage oils or condoms if they have been opened and or used.

Returning a defective or faulty item

If the product is defective, please give an exact description of the fault and return it in its original box with all manuals, tags, batteries and accessories for a full refund or replacement within 30 days.

You may return a faulty item to us within 365 days for an exchange, replacement or a credit voucher. All products are tested upon receipt and will be sent back to you if they are found to be working. Please thoroughly clean all returned defective products and wrap them securely in a plastic bag, in the original product box.

Free Gifts and Returns

If returning items for exchange and the value of the order falls below the required level for any free gift you have received you will need to return the gift also. Alternatively if you require a refund we can deduct the value of the gift from your refund amount if you wish to keep it.

How to return goods

Step 1: Get in touch
Before you return goods to Just4Play you must inform us by either emailing directly to sales@just4play.co.uk or by giving us a call on XXXXXXXXX and we will be happy to issue you with a returns number.

Step 2: Prepare the items
Once you have contacted us for a returns number please enclose a note giving the reason for return, including the product code and returns number, wrap the package securely and where possible you should also include a copy of the original delivery note in the package as this will allow us to process your request for a refund or exchange much faster.

We recommend that you return your item to us by Recorded mail or Special delivery as these can be tracked or claimed for in the event of loss in transit. If you decide not to send the goods via traceable means please make sure you obtain a free certificate of posting from your postal service…if the item is lost and you cannot prove that you sent it we will not be able to offer you an exchange or refund.

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation - we aim to have your refund processed within 7 days.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
